Terms of use for the GuideTourWay (guidetourway.com) website and services
1.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply between GuideTourWay (“Company”, “we”, “our site”) and any natural or legal person (“User”, “you”) who visits the website at https://guidetourway.com (“Site”) or uses our tour reservations, newsletter subscription or other services.
1.2. “Service” means tour packages, reservations, contact form, newsletter, content and all digital services offered via the Site. “Content” means text, images, video, logo and all intellectual property elements.
2.1. Using the Site indicates that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must leave the Site and not use our services.
2.2. When making a reservation, the Distance Sales Agreement and Cancellation and Refund Policy also apply. The KVKK Illumination Text and Privacy Policy apply to the processing of your personal data.
3.1. You will use the Site only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. Providing misleading information, unauthorised access to others’ accounts or personal data, distributing harmful software or overloading the Site is prohibited.
3.2. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide when registering or making a reservation.
4.1. All content on the Site (text, images, logo, design, software) belongs to GuideTourWay or its licensors. Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
4.2. “GuideTourWay” and related marks are registered or used under licence by the Company.
5.1. The Site is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.
5.2. Specific conditions for tours and reservations are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6.1. The Site may contain links to third-party sites. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
7.1. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on the Site.
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
8.2. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502) are reserved.
