GuideTourWay tour and reservation cancellation and refund conditions
1.1. This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to tour packages and distance sales reservations offered by GuideTourWay (“Company”). The Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502) and Distance Contracts Regulation apply.
1.2. By making a reservation you are deemed to have read and accepted this Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement.
2.1. Under Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for accommodation, transport and leisure; however, the consumer may still request cancellation. The cancellation and refund rules below apply.
2.2. For products/services under distance sales other than tour services, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies except where the law provides otherwise.
3.1. Cancellation 30 days or more before the tour date: Full refund or free postponement to another date (subject to availability).
3.2. 15–29 days before: 25% deduction; remainder refunded within 14 business days.
3.3. 7–14 days before: 50% deduction; remainder refunded within 14 business days.
3.4. Less than 7 days or on the tour day: Full amount retained; no refund. In exceptional cases (medical certificate, force majeure) the Company may allow partial refund or postponement.
3.5. Deductions cover reservation costs, bank charges and advance tour organisation expenses.
4.1. Refunds are made via the payment method used (credit card, transfer, etc.). For card payments, refunds are credited to the same card; timing may vary (typically 7–14 business days).
4.2. Refund processing starts within 14 business days of receipt of the request and required documents.
5.1. Postponement requests at least 15 days before the tour date may be accepted free or for an administrative fee, subject to availability.
5.2. Name changes may be accepted up to 7 days before the tour; an extra fee may apply.
6.1. The Company may cancel the tour in cases of force majeure (insufficient participation, natural disaster, war, pandemic, legal requirement). In such cases full refund or alternative date (with your consent) is offered.
